Reissued 1958 album, it was recorded in 1956-57, this proved to be a busy period for Billie Holiday. After overcoming many breakdowns she just published her memoirs, titled ’Lady Sings the Blues’ (in collaboration with William Dufty). Never the less it became an evergreen, with tracks such as ’Cheeck To Cheek’, ‘All Or Nothing At All’ and more plus six bonus tracks.
